Refunds & Returns Policy
At Neptune PCs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in building and supplying high-quality PCs, components, and accessories, and we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in line with UK consumer rights.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Custom-built PCs are non-refundable once built, except in cases of fault or damage, as they are made to your specific requirements.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
After 30 days, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
For damaged deliveries, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
3. How to Return an Item
Contact our customer support team at [your email/phone] with your order number and details of the issue.
We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a returns authorisation number.
Package the item securely and return it to us using a tracked service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
5. Exclusions
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
Custom-built PCs (unless faulty/damaged)
Software, licences, or digital downloads once activated
Items returned without original packaging/accessories
