Shipping Policy
At Neptune PCs, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your purchases.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Custom-built PCs may require additional build and testing time. Estimated build times will be confirmed at checkout or via email.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a notification when it has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard UK Delivery (2–5 business days): Free on all orders over £500, otherwise a flat rate of £9.99.
Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days): £19.99 (subject to availability).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
Tracking & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card or attempt re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
