Shipping Policy

At Neptune PCs, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. Please read our shipping policy below for details on how we process and deliver your purchases.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Custom-built PCs may require additional build and testing time. Estimated build times will be confirmed at checkout or via email.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and a notification when it has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard UK Delivery (2–5 business days): Free on all orders over £500, otherwise a flat rate of £9.99.

  • Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days): £19.99 (subject to availability).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

  • Deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card or attempt re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
